Prior to practing law, Mr. Yang served as an executive director managing a wide range of general in-house legal matters, international finance and international business transactions at a worldwide Korean shipbuilding company. While he worked for the company for a long period of time, he handled and negotiated a substantial volume of contracts for construction, sale and financing of ocean-going vessels, offshore plants and industrial machinery as well as loan agreements, debt and equity finance agreements, technical license agreements, employment agreements and transportation agreements.
